The Institute for Nurture and Innovation exists to innovatively prepare and empower Montessorians serving infants, toddlers, and their families across diverse professional roles. We are committed to expanding the reach of Montessori principles beyond the classroom—equipping not only classroom guides but all who work with the TINIest humans.
Through a flexible, research-driven, and inclusive teacher education experience rooted in Montessori philosophy and adult learning principles, our mission is to cultivate highly skilled, reflective, and culturally responsive educators who lead with intention and impact in every space they serve.
